Return Policy

Because each item is produced specifically for your order, we’re unable to offer returns or exchanges for sizing, colour, design selection, or change-of-mind purchases. Please double-check your delivery details and chosen size before placing your order. Once an order enters production, changes can’t be made. If you notice an error shortly after ordering, contact us as soon as possible and we’ll do our best to help.

European Union 14 day cooling off period 

Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

30-day replacement coverage

Every order comes under our 30-day replacement coverage for extra peace of mind. If your item is lost during delivery, arrives damaged or has a printing error we’ll organise a free replacement at no extra cost. To get started, contact us within 30 days of receiving your order, and we’ll take care of getting your replacement to you as quickly as possible.
