Shipping & Returns
What is the return policy?

Because each item is produced specifically for your order, we’re unable to offer returns or exchanges for sizing, colour, design selection, or change-of-mind purchases.

Please double-check your delivery details and chosen size before placing your order. Once an order enters production, changes can’t be made. If you notice an error shortly after ordering, contact us as soon as possible and we’ll do our best to help.

European Union 14 day cooling off period 

Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

What do I do if my parcel is lost?

All orders are shipped with tracking, so the first step is to check the tracking link in your shipping confirmation email for the latest updates.

Once a parcel leaves our warehouse, delivery is handled by the courier. If your order seems delayed or hasn’t arrived as expected, please get in touch with us via our contact page. We’ll look into it with you and help resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

When will I get my order?

All our Tees are made to order, so please allow 1–3 business days for production before dispatch. Once your order is on its way, estimated delivery times are:

United States - 5–10 business days
United Kingdom - 5–10 business days
Europe - 5–15 business days
Australia - 5–10 business days
Canada - 5–10 business days
Rest of the world - 10–30 business days

All shipments include tracking, so you’ll be able to follow your order every step of the way! If you have any questions or need an update, feel free to reach out, we’re always happy to help. 

What is your Replacement Coverage?

Every order comes under our 30-day replacement coverage for extra peace of mind. If your item is lost during delivery, arrives damaged or has a printing error we’ll organise a free replacement at no extra cost. To get started, contact us within 30 days of receiving your order, and we’ll take care of getting your replacement to you as quickly as possible.

Because each t-shirt is made specifically for you, we’re unable to offer returns or exchanges for sizing, colour, design, or change-of-mind purchases.

How do I track my order?

We’ll email you as soon as your order is on the way, including a tracking link to follow its journey.

Tracking updates from the courier may take 2–5 business days to update — this is totally normal!

Do you ship internationally?

We offer international shipping to a wide range of countries, so we likely do ship to your country!

Our carriers are unable to deliver to the following locations:

  • Malta
  • Bulgaria
  • Croatia
  • Cyprus
  • Ukraine
  • Russia
  • Israel

Will my items arrive separately?

Possibly. Because our products are made to order, different items in the same order may be produced at different facilities. As a result, they may be shipped separately and arrive at different times.

If this happens, you’ll receive tracking details for each shipment so you can follow them individually.

What’s the difference between the styles?
  • Classic Tees have a longer length with a looser, more relaxed silhouette.
  • Baby Tees are cut shorter with a boxier shape and more fitted, cropped look.
  • Boxy Tees have a cropped cut with a loose boxy shape (not fitted!)
How do I care for my items?

To keep your tee looking its best over time, we recommend the following care:

  • Machine wash inside out on a cold cycle (up to 30°C/90°F)
  • Do not bleach
  • Tumble dry on low heat
  • Iron or steam inside out and on low heat
  • Do not dry clean

Following these steps will help maintain the fabric, fit, and print quality wear after wear.

What if I’m between sizes on the size chart?

Our garments are designed to fit true to size, so choosing your regular size is a safe bet.

  • For a more fitted look, consider sizing down
  • For a looser, baggier feel we recommend sizing up
